Lui Joseph - Lemonade

Lui Joseph has been revolutionizing the bedroom alternative scene since 2019. His second release, “Computer Crash,” stunned listeners and garnered the budding artist the start of a promising fanbase. He’s released a constant stream of singles since then, and his latest “Lemonade,” shows that the artist is truly beginning to master his craft. The late 90’s -reminiscent, angsty ballad brings us into Lui Joseph’s mind almost surreptitiously.
Deep in the thrall of a new love, Lui sings up at us from down the spiral of his own emotions. “Lemonade” is as touching as it is catchy. The way Joseph transitions between different portions of the song is a great indicator that the artist is trying to break the songwriting mold and experiment with his style. We’re looking forward to Lui Joseph’s debut album whenever he’s ready to grace us with it.
Lyrics That Stick:
“I just wanna be alone with you
Be your baby doll girl take me home with you
Show me what I’m bout can’t you tell I rock with you
We could live it up girl ain’t nothing stopping you”
