Under the thousands of songs that we go through weekly, we often find a few gems that really stand out among the rest. This week we were blessed to come across a new emerging artist named Max Drazen. Before this week I had never heard of the singer, but he gained my full attention with his debut single “Let Me Down Slow”. The record is is an upbeat summer anthem with a hook that will have you captivated on the first listen.
Although this is his debut single, the Connecticut-born singer/songwriter has been making waves behind the scenes, and he is fully ready to emerge as a solo act. “Let Me Down Slow” is the first of what seems like a collection of relatable pop songs on the way. The single was produced by David Villa (FLETCHER, Daughtry), and it was released by Zack Bia’s record label Field Trip Recordings (YEAT, Mallory Merk, SSGKobe). Garnering over 100k plays already on Spotify, it seems like Dazen has a big year ahead so make sure to stream the song below.
