After the release of his 18th studio album, the legendary Paul McCartney is bringing us a re-imagined project of the same songs with new twists on them. Cleverly titled ‘III Imagined,’ the first one we’ve been blessed with features Dominic Fike and his rendition of ‘The Kiss Of Venus.’
This song is honestly nuts. Dom simply never misses when it comes to uniquely composed, infectiously-delivered bodies of work. Although the song is only 2.5 minutes long, the variance is production, melody composition, and lyrical flows is astounding. Aside from being an uber exciting collaboration, the song itself is one for the ages.
Lyrics That Stick:
“Now moving slowly, we circle through the square
Two passing planets in the sweet, sweet summer air
Sweet summer air”
