Khamari - Demons (Eldorado)

With the release of his EP ‘Eldorado’ this fall, Khamari has been blessing our ears from start to finish, and this song was the perfect way to cap it off. ‘Demons (Eldorado)’ carries such an intensity of emotion, yet calmness of composure that has us questioning why this dude isn’t a household name yet.
Combining the likes of early-decade RnB and modern-day soul, Khamari is hitting us right where it hurts-so-good with each beautifully-written line. The amount of breathtaking melodies throughout the course of that mellow guitar and soft piano arrangement is unreal. And that switch-up into the outro to bring the story to a close? Amazing.
If Khamari wasn’t on your radar before this, you better hop on the bandwagon while you still can. Check it out!
Lyrics That Stick:
“Said told you good things never last
Too many demons in my past
I got to make peace with myself
Before I love somebody else”
