Hailing from Sarasota, FL, Barbadian born artist Drej is blessing our pages with his brand new single titled ‘Fights’. With this being his first release of 2021, 19-year-old Drej proves that he has a penchant for hard-hitting choruses, and his sticky melodies will have you glued into this record from start to finish.

With the production being piano-driven, it gives Drej’s voice enough clarity to express his feelings of making it out but still feeling connected to his past life. The song is very easy to digest and the confessional lyrics will give you an inner glimpse of where Drej comes from. This is one of my favorite songs of the year so far, and I believe you should give this one a spin.
