Blxst & Russ - Fck Boys

Los-Angeles based singer/rapper, Blxst, has been gaining lots of traction over the last year with his versatility and ability to create captivating music. His music contains West Coast elements, but Blxst always seems to add his own twist and personal feel to his records. Over the weekend, the emerging artist dropped a 2 song pack titled ‘Just for Clarity’. The standout for us has to be the Russ-assisted single titled ‘Fck Boys’.
‘Fck Boys’ is a smooth R&B record that is full of layers that perfectly match the vocals of Blxst and Russ. In addition to being highly intoxicating, the chemistry between the two artists is sublime, and they both put on a vocal performance that shows the immense talent they both have. The narrative of the song is about the harsh reality that women face dealing with guys that do them wrong. With that being said, ‘Fck Boys’ proves to be an entertaining anthem condemning ‘Fck Boy’ behavior. Overall, the song is a must-listen.
