One of the most exciting lyricists and storytellers I’ve heard in a minute is back again with what he calls his ‘favorite song’ he’s ever written! ‘DREAMS DIE’ is a beautifully cohesive, yet ever-changing rollercoaster of personal testaments and bending of genres.
Brendan Bennett simply does not miss. This song is just so uniquely composed with its groovy drops and melodic undertones. It’s both easy to listen to and full of super deep perspectives at the same time. It feels like a mix of some Mac Miller, Saba, and Jaden Smith in the way it just provokes such a genuine emotion while listening! Give it a listen and let yourself be taken away to a whole different universe.
