Keanu Bicol Drops High Energy New Single “don’t know”
One thing I love about music is how many different styles of it there are, and how wide the spectrum is. For example, one song can start coming through your speakers and instantly make you want to rage, while the one that pops up on shuffle right after it makes you want to cry and call your ex. Then, there’s those ones that you hear that just sound like they fell from a movie soundtrack, and that’s exactly what we have here on, “don’t know”, the brand new high energy single from Keanu Bicol.
This heart thumping, indie-alternative, song was my first introduction to Keanu and my first thought while listening was that I could see this one being played at a festival. It has a big sound and candidness in his vocals that gives a freeing feeling while listening. Drawing inspiration from artists like khai dreams, phum, and keshi, he has a cool approach to his music that feels familiar and unique all in the same breath. Not to mention, he serves part time as the guitarist for Punk-Rock band, Dunwich Heroes, which is just another example of the depth of Keanu Bicol’s music.
