Tim Buds Embraces The Unknown With His Groovy New Single “Disco Cowgirl”

In a time where the music industry seems heavily saturated, we always seem to search for those special artists who are able to create a world/community around their sound. Artists that have done that successfully over the years have been Kid Cudi, Jon Bellion, Daft Punk, Empire of the Sun, and even Lil Nas X. These type of artists have stood the test of time and allowed listeners the chance to dive into their creative minds through their brand. Now, Charlotte, NC-based singer/songwriter, Tim Buds, seems on track to do the same with his trippy sound that meshes indie rock with with pop and alternative undertones. After seeing much success from his previous release “Moonchild”, he is back with a groovy new single titled “Disco Cowgirl”.
The single is about shedding that outer layer of fear and uncertainty and embracing the unknown! With its nod to retro 80’s production and shimmering pop drums, the instrumental has a groove that will make you want to dance all night. In addition, Tim’s lush melodies glide across the bright sonics effortlessly and he delivers an infectious hook that will be stuck in your head from start to finish. Overall, Tim’s goal is clear throughout the song, and he presents us an incredible single that details the need for freedom and escapism.
