Just like his previous hit, ‘Derek Jeter’ is in your face from the start, and the mesh of rap with hyper-pop undertones serves as a recipe for success. The single feels like it was built for Tik-Tok, and its bright feel will make you want to groove from start to finish. The production is innovative and his cadences will have you singing at the top of your lungs with all of your friends. Overall, I can see this being bigger than his previous hit, and I can tell that the emerging star is headed for the top.
