Kidd Ki Shows His True Emotions On New Single “College Kidd”

Life can be rough sometimes. Whether it’s work, friends, love, money, or too deep to explain, there’s a lot of things that can drag your mental downward. In those moments in can be hard to find something to be hopeful for, and you’re left feeling almost desperate for that feeling you once held, or have always dreamed of holding. For melodic rapper, Kidd Ki, it’s a mix of both, and he uses his new single “College Kidd” to tell it all.
The scene is set by a guitar based production that features emotional chords that seemingly pull memories out of thin air. Kidd Ki’s moody lyrics and melodic approach remind me of Juice Wrld, which makes me confident there will be a lot of fans out there who will be happy they pressed play on “College Kidd”.
