South Carolina’s CerVon Campbell Shines On His Timeless New Single “cliché”

Hailing from my home state of South Carolina, Greenville-based artist, CerVon Campbell, has been garnering a cult like following with his innate ability to craft infectious records that pull at your heartstrings. With his buttery vocals, he glides over everything he records on with ease. For me, he’s one of those artists that make the songwriting and vocal process look effortless. He is just that talented. Although I’m very new to his sound, he has me absolutely hooked. That’s why he is debuting on our pages with his latest single “cliché”.

“cliché” is a vibey single that demands to be heard. Sonically, it is laced with lush melodies, hypnotizing percussion, and it has a groove that’ll make you feel like you are floating on a cloud. Campbell’s vocals are exceptional, and they sit right in the pocket throughout the duration of the song. I love how nostalgic the single feels, and it is one of those timeless songs that you can play in any setting.
