‘Black Denim’ is the Perfect Display of Malibu ‘92s Knack for Modern Rock

With the rise of punk rock of today’s pop music, one band you’d have to point would be Malibu ‘92. ‘Black Denim’ is an insane blend of alternative pop, ‘00s rock-n-roll, and a whole lot of good vibes.

The natural grunge in the chorus drop compliments the sweeter tones throughout the verses so well, creating such a nice juxtaposition in emotion. Not to mention how smooth the lead vocal is over top, cutting through so clearly yet almost laid back. These four are no joke, and you’re going to want to keep an eye out this year for them!
