Ant Saunders - Pedestrian
Ant Saunders just warms our hearts over here at BOTD! We just vibe with his style and pretty much every song he releases! It feels as though we just received a release from him, yet here’s a brand new one right here for us to divulge in! ‘Pedestrian'‘ is such a banger in the bounce of the flow and the energy that continues to escalate as it progresses, and the small details and harmonies Ant has for us! He’s just a ‘Pedestrian’ like the rest of us even though everyone and their mom is dying for a picture with him.
This song is probably our favorite one from Ant thus far. It felt as though it’s the most raw and close to him we’ve been as he’s preaching that he’s in his zone, doing the same things he’s always done with his day one’s and please do not try and change that. He genuinely doesn’t want to feel special and get that big head most of these young stars do, he just seems to love what he does and love the fact that we vibe with it! It’s funny, because it seems as those Ant is actually not comprehending how someone can change their morals or mindsets based on the influx of what comes with being “known.” That’s so fucking cool though, and we admire him for staying grounded and not yearning to be on that pedestal looking down!
