Aidan Skira Releases His Breakup Anthem “I Tried”

Losing someone to a breakup is such a hard pill to swallow. The loneliness and heart dropping pain that follows the loss is hard to explain. To think that this person deserved your forever and it didn’t work is gut-wrenching. Although I never wish this upon anyone, rising singer Aidan Skira delivers a song that perfectly encapsulates the hurt and pain that follows a breakup. On his latest single “I Tried”, the 19-year-old musician delivers an introspective single that finds him contemplating breaking up with his significant other due to him losing sight of his own happiness. Skira talks about the aftermath of making that break official, and he shows how relationships can sour more once you’ve tried to make a clean break. With his vibrato, exceptional vocals, and emotive songwriting, he pulls at your heartstrings as he finds hardship in dealing with how he was treated throughout the situation. The record is beautifully written, and I consider it to be one of my favorite recent finds. Aidan Skira has the “IT” factor, and I can’t wait for the world to catch up.
