The thing about ‘scars’ is that they always tell a story. When it comes to songs from Ray Vans, the notion seems to be the same. This dude’s ability to capture such personality and detail in his songwriting is truly impressive, and this song is jam packed with exactly that.
It’s only been a day, but we can’t seem to get this song out of our heads! Though the songwriting is always note-worthy, the fact of the matter is that it’s also just flat out catchy. From the chill-cadenced flow on the verses into the layered, wavy hook, Ray Vans definitely hit a home run.
As if this song wasn’t smooth enough, a guest appearance from the good-vibes guru himself, MOD SUN, measures this one up to be the fall anthem we all needed. Go turn up your speakers and give it a spin ASAP!
