If you’re putting together a fall playlist, this new ContraBAND track is ‘Vital’ to include. This electric trio is comprised of Nate Donk!, G L E V, and Saint-Val, three dudes who all come with a unique style and blend to create a sound that’s all its own.
I’ve been lucky enough be a part of seeing these guys grow over the past few years, and one thing’s for certain; they’re not showing any signs of slowing down! What makes this song in particular so smooth is the transitions from verse to verse, split up by the insanely catchy hook. Each artist comes with differentiated melodies, flows, and rhyme schemes, yet carries a sense of cohesiveness throughout. You take all of that then and add on a verse from Charles Infamous, one of the most mature vocalists we’ve heard all year, and it’s wraps.
This song has potential to be crazy big! When you fall in love with it, just make sure you let ‘em know who put you on.
