I absolutely love that you never know what to expect when hitting play on an IDK song. All you really know is that it’s going to push the boundaries of hip-hop music. And boy, does this project do that. ‘USEEFORYOURSELF’ is a versatile, genre-pushing display of IDK’s unique perspectives and contagious artistry.
This 17-song body of work contains so many twists and turns that leave you on your toes as a listener. Constantly changing the feel from softer ballads to intensified flow deliveries within seconds, the experience of listening all the way through from start to finish is unlike many other hip-hop projects. Every single detail in production and intimate highs and lows was executed to perfection. I truly think anyone who considers them a rap/RnB fan needs to hear this project.
