Mar Keith Anthony Shines On His Latest Project, “The Sixth Man (Ep)”

Hailing from Los Angeles, emerging hitmaker, Mar Keith Anthony, has taken the music industry by storm. He is raw, captivating, and his vocal delivery can’t be matched. Mar Keith Anthony is more than just a rapper. Drawing influences from some of the West Coast greats, the burgeoning star has created a sound that relatable yet moving. His lyricism is precise, and I love how his lyrics evoke raw emotions. He is more than just a brand; he is the definition of a true artist. Now, he enters our pages with his 3rd studio project “The 6th Man (Ep)”.
“The 6th Man (Ep)” is a 5-track masterpiece that puts Anthony’s songwriting and vocal delivery on full display. In addition, the production is otherworldly. Connecting with 4x Grammy Award winning producer Jairus Mozee from Long Beach, CA, Mozee’s sonic direction can be felt on each track. The chemistry between artist & producer can be felt from start to finish.
My favorite records from the EP were “Go In” & “Keep it 100”. “Go In” is a dynamic single that is laced with anthemic melodies and hard-hitting drums. The energy and overall charisma of the track makes it impossible to skip. The record was initially leaked at Lakers vs Warriors at Crypto.com arena in front of 20,000 people and will debut during games 3 and 4 of the playoff series against the Denver Nuggets. “Keep it 100” is my personal favorite. Like they always say, save the best for last. The record is sonically engaging, and Anthony’s playful persona is highlighted as he gives us a glimpse into his hustle. Overall, this is one of my favorite projects so stream it below.
