Maryland-native and recent Motown Records-signee TheHxliday truly makes the holiday season all the more special with his timely releases. Dropping his latest project, ‘Batbxy,’ on New Year’s, he’s already established 2021 as being a better year than the previous one.
I got the chance to hop on a Zoom call with TheHxliday and ask him some questions about the project and growing up around music. One thing is for sure about this young artist; he’s extremely smart and passionate about his craft, and it shows in the music. ‘Batbxy’ is a beautiful blend of commercial pop, late-90’s rock-n-roll, and alternative hip-hop. Basically, this dude can do it all!
We love the overall maturity in TheHxliday’s sound and songwriting, and we’re so excited to see that propel him to further heights this year. Check out the project if you haven’t yet!
