New York-native Hoodie Mitch calls attention to just about everything that’s important today in his latest project, ‘10601.’ With a conscious that reminds of us of Nipsey Hussle and a grit like Meek Mill and J Cole, this dude is paving the way for the new wave of modern lyricism.

This project feels like a burst of nostalgia that’s fighting for a spot in the present. Does that even make sense? Well it does to us. Every single line spit by Mitch demands to be understood beneath the surface. The sheer vulnerability and genuine emotion is super apparent, and we felt it to the full extent.
